Kathy has been serving the Lord all her life, and rededicated her life to Jesus 28 years ago. She was raised in a Christian home, and grew up around prophetic ministry. Over the years, God has performed miracles and healings in her own life, and she has seen countless others find deliverance, healing and new life in Jesus. Kathy has been an ordained minister for the past nine years by two separate prophetic ministries.

She is the founder of Last Arrow Ministries, Inc, Redeem California, and works full-time as a clinical therapist in private practice at California Christian Counseling.

Kelly has been a person of faith since he was 10 years old. As he grew, he felt a strong call on his life to go into ministry. Kelly and his wife Shay became youth pastors and held that role for seven years. Thereafter, Kelly began traveling on a full-time basis, speaking to student ministries, churches, and organizations across the U.S.

As a traveling evangelist, Kelly had many unique experiences counseling and strengthening a wide variety of ministries, pastors, couples, and youth. Regardless of position, calling or situation, all humans experience the similar emotional distress, struggles and conflicts. They may look different, but the effects on the human heart and mind are the same. Kelly has since retired from traveling full-time to be closer to home. Today, Kelly continues speaking to local churches and community organizations, strengthening, edifying, assisting them in their mission to help others.

As a result of his ministry career, Kelly has found a passion for counseling others through life’s difficulties, challenges, and transitions. He believes that nothing is too hard for God and that there is not any circumstance in one’s life that cannot be redeemed, transformed, and healed. In his 25 years of ministry, his desire to further the work of God and love others has never changed.

Licensed Minister

Cheryl has been a licensed minister for the past 14-years and has an incredible prophetic ministry. She has an amazing testimony that led her to a life of working with youth. Cheryl has a passion for teaching and passion for prayer.

Cheryl is a certified Mental Health Coach and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is owner of Rain Makers Quest Intervention Strategies and author of “Rain Makers Prayer Study Guide.”

Mike Petzer was born in the Republic of South Africa and lived there for the first 23 years of his life. Mike grew up in unbelieving household in which he experienced great opposition to his Christian faith after being born again at the age of 14. Mike was a youth pastor in his local church in South Africa and then helped train 750 short term missionaries teaching them on a daily basis. He first came to New York in 1987 to plant a church in upstate New York at the age of 23. Mike has preached the gospel on six continents. Mike and Jane were married in 1992 and celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in January this year. They have two adult sons. Over a period of 27 years they have planted and pastored churches in Massachusetts, New York and Arizona. Mike obtained his doctorate in theology in 2011. He has written 9 books, the first being The Gospel of Identity, which he wrote in 2004 (over 15,000 in print). Mike and Jane currently live in Bakersfield and serve as volunteer pastors at The Garden in Bakersfield CA. Mike continues to travel and speak at churches.

One night, in 1995, while in prayer, a young man was given a vision from God. In this vision, he was soaring over a multitude of people who were crammed together, barely able to move around. For some reason, God zoomed in on one particular young lady that he did not recognize. The very next day, Valoree started a new job in Corcoran, California, a town she had only been to once before. Walking in, the young man immediately recognized her as the girl in the vision. It was then he knew he had to tell her about the vision and let her know that God was calling her. Valoree gave her life to Christ shortly after.

Valoree has always felt a calling from God on her life and a deep desire to know Him. As a child, her grandfather, a Minister, always shared with her the importance of serving the Lord and she believes she is a product of his prayers and the prayers of others in her life.

Valoree has a love for God and daily seeks a deeper relationship with Him. As a prodigal who found her way back to her loving Father after 15 years, her passion is to see others experience His great love and mercy for themselves. Her heart’s desire is to help others find their purpose in God, walking in complete victory with Him!

My name is Christopher Dalton, and I’ve worked for two decades writing for businesses, individuals, non-profits, and movie scripts. I’ve mentored, coached, consulted, and taught writers extensively online and in person. I just completed a two-year program training film writers to work with actors and directors in a lab-style setting. I have also released a novel, an illustrated fairytale, and a feature film and co-authored a non-fiction book.
